Great service, my a/c was not working, he came during heat wave when I was available, checked it, had the part in stock, installed it and had my a/c working in under an hour. Highly Recommended!

I can’t say enough good things about Dell’s! Fast, friendly, flexible & trustworthy – this guy is the real deal. Dell worked aorund my schedule (live in Tracy but work in SF) and got my AC repaired FAST before it got uncomfortable. I will be a repeat customer, and I recommend you do the same!
Excellent service and fast response time. He had a new part on his truck and my AC was fixed in no time. Highly reccomended
Dell you’re wonderful, I like the way you answered all my questions, and you’re a wonderful business man
Great Service and A/C was up and running in less than 30 minutes…Highly Reccomended
Dell was willing to work around my schedule (I live in Tracy but work in SF) in order to get my AC fixed before the temperatures went up. It is no wonder he has multiple reviews and lots of repeat business – I will definitely be calling again!
Excellent service…They came out 2 hours after I called and had my heater fixed within an hour. I called about 8 other companies and nobody could offer us same day service. I would highly recommend Dell and will be calling them again when I need service
My AC broke two hours before my poker night. I have read great reviews about Dell’s so I decide to call. From the moment I spoke to Dell he was very friendly/helpful and 15 minutes later he was over my house. Got my AC fix within half an hour and the rate was exceptional. My wife was ecstatic. All I can say is What a Great Service. I never got a service like this with any heating and air company. I highly recommend Dell’s. I will be using Dell’s service for a long time. Thanks Dell and you are always welcome to my poker night.
During a Tracy “Heatwave”…105+, my AC decided to go out. I called three other AC businesses in Tracy andDell was the only who responded (on his day off). I appreciated his professionalism, timeliness and very reasonable rates. I would recommend Dell to any friend or family member.
It was a very hot day where I live and my air conditioner went out. I called several well know companies as well as Dell’s and he was the only one that answered his phone, everyone else went to voicemail. He was fully booked that day but promised he would come by in the early evening. True to his word he showed up when he said he would. He was very professional and he fully diagnosed and explained what the problem was and fully explained my options It was late and he made an appointment to replace the unit the next morning. His pricing is very resonable and you can tell by the end product he takes a great deal of pride in his work. He cleaned up after the job and with the exception of a brand new unit you could never tell he had been there. I would recommend Dell to anyone and have done sone already. They loved his work as well. It is nice to see that there are quality minded people still in the business.
I grew up in the sixties and seventies. My dad took me to “the” barber and “the” car mechanics. Our family went to “the” Chinese restaraunt. We knew these people, and they new us, because it we were all “neighborhood”. Most of all, you trusted these folks to look out for your interests like their own. Dell delivered 1971. He was consistently a straightforward, regular guy–not some sociopath yuppie kid-salesman in a polo shirt trying to land us. During the process of trying to find what we needed, Dell even called several times during his family trip to Disneyland (I tried to stop him). That is a mindset of dedication to service and to the customer. Our AC had several parts that needed replacement for a total of $1700. We shopped around. One of the larger places even sent a salesman to push a $6500 heater and air conditioner replacement off on us. Dell found one of the last remaining compatible systems in L.A. and had it shipped up for $1900. When it arrived (late) slightly dinged, he called and told me he’d gotten the freight company to take off a chunk of the delivery charge and passed it on to us. I probably wouldn’t have even noticed the ding, and blamed it on the kid, months later. Bottom line? $1750 for a new AC. Nice. Bummer the 20 year-old AC was toast. I could’ve used that $1750 elsewhere. If it had to happen, I have no lingering doubt about getting a better deal or better service. I found “the” HVAC guy for Tracy. This review is my way of reciprocating the consideration I received.
